Over a cup of coffee, in the dynamic and culturally diverse city of Montreal, two friends recognized an opportunity to be part of a well overdue rethinking of how we live and work. Over their careers, both women witnessed the progressive and systematic fragmentation of the human experience, erosion of social connections and increasingly declining mental health in the workplace and at home.
Lucientis Group reflects a healthier alternative to the conditions of work in the 21st century and by extension, the impact it has had on workplaces, family, health, community and society. Named after the Latin word for "clear" or "bright," Lucientis perfectly encapsulates the Institute's purpose—to illuminate new pathways to the human experience.
